About
With his modern blend of blues, country, and folk music, Jesse Hardman tells a story of life’s lessons – the good, the bad, and everything in between. At its core, Jesse Hardman’s music reminds us that the simple things in life can bring us peace of mind in an ever-changing world.
Born and raised in New Hampshire, Jesse grew up a fan of the blues in a working-class community. At age 13, he bought his first guitar and immersed himself in the discographies of Bob Dylan, Jeff Buckley, Stevie Ray Vaughan, B.B. King, and Mississippi John Hurt. By age 16, he was performing covers of his music heroes’ songs at local venues in New Hampshire.
From 2011 to 2015, Jesse began writing and performing original songs as an undergraduate student in Saratoga Springs, New York. During his time in New York, Jesse distinguished himself as a prolific singer-songwriter. In late 2015, Jesse moved to Hanover, Germany, where he performed at local venues and apartment shows. In 2017, Jesse moved to Baltimore, Maryland, and fine-tuned a number of original songs inspired by his time in Europe. Soon after moving to the Washington, DC area in late 2019, Jesse took to the studio.
In May 2021, Jesse began releasing new singles. On April 8, 2022, Jesse Hardman released his new Americana album, “Timeless Pastures,” which features ten original songs, including “It’s So Easy (Loving You)” and Jesse’s newest single, “When I Go Home.” Jesse is currently promoting his music at local venues in the Washington, DC area and on social media.
